Disaster Preparedness

CPR Training
The Seattle Fire Department provides free CPR training through Medic II. Call (206) 684-7274 to learn more about these training opportunities.

First Aid
There are many professional providers of first aid training in Seattle.  Look in the yellow pages under the heading "First Aid". 
A good source to start with is the King County Chapter of the American Red Cross.

Disaster Preparedness
Contact the City Office of Emergency Management, at (206) 233-5076, to learn more about what you can do to prepare your workplace for disasters.

Community Emergency Resources
The City of Seattle has a list of emergency resources and a lot of information and tips on disaster preparedness for citizens.
