How to Apply for a Permit

Applying by Mail
Most permit applications are submitted by mail.  You can download an application form from this site, complete it and return it, accompanied by the permit fee payment* to:

Applying in Person
Permit Unit staff are available to accept your permit application in person Monday through Friday, 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. at the address shown above.

Applying Online
We are working hard to make an online application process an available option.  Currently, you can download application forms online but you must either submit the application accompanied by the fee payment to the Permit Unit in person or submit the application and fee payment by mail.
