* Permits requiring inspection outside regular business
hours (Monday - Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM) will be billed for overtime.
Note: If an outdoor confined space event is attached to/or
occurs in conjunction with an indoor space, the cumulative attendance for
both spaces shall be used to determine whether a permit is required.
Events may also require additional permits for items like tents,
fireworks display or use of LPG (propane) for cooking and heating.

* The 8201-SE LPG (propane) permit has been phased out
starting in 2013 and is replaced by the more flexible 8206-FV permit.
This permit has the same fee as the older 8201-SE but the new 8206-FV can be
used throughout the entire city of Seattle and is valid for 12 months.
