Confidence Testing Filing Fees All confidence test reports must be submitted to the Seattle Fire Department by a confidence testing company. As required by Seattle Municipal Code section 22.602.090, there is a $10.00 filing fee for each report. Fees charged for confidence test filing only partially offset the costs of the program. Reports should be submitted to the Seattle Fire Marshal's Office. We recommend that you include the $10 per report fee with the the report submittals to avoid receiving separate invoices later. We accept checks or money orders made out to the City of Seattle. |

Please note that the Seattle Fire Marshal's Office will not accept payment directly from the building owner or a management company representing the owner. All confidence test reports shall be submitted to the Seattle Fire Department by a confidence testing company.
