The City Budget Office, in conjunction with the Mayor’s Office, is undertaking a
process to provide more clarity and transparency to CIP budget decisions. One outcome of this process is the development of CIP white papers for each department. These white papers - accessible below by clicking on the name of the department - describe funding priorities, funding challenges, and decision-making tools. The ultimate goal is to communicate clearly to all stakeholders about what CIP projects are funded, as well as how and why the mix of projects was selected.
