Responses to Questions from Preproposal Conference
The following are questions that were raised at the Pre-Proposal Conference on February 18, 2009, and the City's responses to those questions:
Question: Should the written proposal address the questions listed in the RFP on pages 17 and 18?
Answer: Yes. The written proposal should address all of the questions and requirements that are listed in the RFP.
Question: Is there a page limit for the total proposal?
Answer: No. The only part of the proposal that has a page limit is the section that lists each minimum qualification for the position. This section is limited to two pages.
Question: How many investigation reports will the OPA Auditor be expected to review each week?
Answer: The number of cases varies from week to week. Each week the auditor receives a package including new complaint classification reccomendations and completed case summaries. The auditor normally receives 6 to 8 new classifications to review and 2 or 3 completed case summaries. The auditor can review full case files if he/she has questions about the summaries.
Question: How much money has been allocated for the OPA Auditor's budget in 2009.
Answer: $134,000
