CITY OF SEATTLE PRODUCTION SPACE

Welcome to the Mayor's Office of Film + Music

In an ongoing effort to grow Seattle's film industry, the city of Seattle is offering 3,000 square feet of production space in City Hall. This is open to all productions approved by the Washington State Film Incentive Program by WashingtonFilmWorks.

This space includes:

  • 3,000 square feet (up to 50 people)

  • Security

  • 24-hour access

  • Internet/Phone/Fax Lines

  • Restrooms

  • Lockers and Cabinet space


  • This production space is available for use from May 1st through October 1st, and is included in the city's $25/day film permit fee. Contact Chris Swenson (chris.swenson@seattle.gov) at the Film + Music Office for more information.

    WashingtonFilmWorks is the private non-profit organization that runs the state incentive program offering funding assistance to commercials, television and feature films shooting in Washington State.
