Dawn Mason has the experience we
need and the commitment that counts
..
"I look forward to having Dawn on the
City Council. Her human rights record is impeccable and she will bring the kind of
demonstrated experience we need at this time."
City Councilmember, Nick Licata
Commitment Counts
Dawn will make sure public funds are
used to strengthen neighborhoods, invest in basic services and support small businesses.
We invested huge amounts of public funds to increase Seattle's economy; Dawn
will make sure the returns are used with equity to bring vitality to all neighborhoods.
Experience Counts
As a state legislator, Dawn reduced
property tax for senior homeowners instead of giving huge tax breaks to corporations
and found funds for youth athletic fields rather than voting for luxury stadiums.
As our city council member, Dawn will
bring commitment and accountability to the people of Seattle. She will work to make sure
our tax dollars are used wisely to improve our neighborhoods, create immediate
solutions to the traffic, expand art and cultural
expression, and improve our quality of life.
"She will bring about a society that
respects older residents and sees them as capable and valued."
Hazel Wolf, 101 year old Environmental Leader.
"Dawn is an experienced and effective
leader on issues important to the people of Seattle. What sets her apart is her ability to
develop good solutions for seniors, children and those with critical needs. Seattle will be
well served by her experience."
Deborah Senn, Insurance Commissioner
