SPECIAL REPORTS RECEIVED 10/22/01

From JAMPAC

This is to inform you of JAMPAC - Washington Fund's intention to make an
independent expenditure in the upcoming Mayor's race.  It is going to be
a 3-color mailer illustrating Mark Sidran's opposition to the Seattle
music community and a list of JAMPAC's endorsed candidates in the
upcoming election; Greg Nickels, Nick Licata, Richard Conlin, Grant
Cogswell, Tom Carr, and Curt Firestone.

We received some consultation from Moxie Media over the last few weeks
and made the obligation to do the expenditure on Thursday, Oct. 18th.
The mailer will be mailed to approx. 35,000 18-35 yr. old registered
voters and will drop on Tuesday, Oct. 23rd.  We expect to spend approx.
$15,000.  We will pay postage and services around the amount of $6,000
to JR Mailing, Inc on Oct. 23rd and on Oct. 26th.  We will pay Moxie
Media consulting fees including printing charges of approx. $9,000 at
the end of October.

Please call me if you have any questions.

Thank you.

it appears we may have overlooked reporting a contribution on an earlier Special Report of Late Contributions.

$600 was deposited on 8/31 as a contribution from

I'm not sure of the receipt date; I'm double checking that information.  Also, this may be a joint contribution that should be split with Mrs. Farrell; I'm double checking on that as well.

Thank you.
