Create a Building Profile
in Portfolio Manager

• Register a new account with Portfolio Manager.
  
  > DO NOT use any special characters in your username (letters & numbers only). KEEP A RECORD of the username and password, so that they are transferable to a new owner or manager—it is very difficult to change usernames and retrieve lost passwords.

• Under My Portfolio, click Add a Property and enter general information about your building. Note only * fields are required.

• In the ‘Space Use’ section, click Add Space to input size and use attributes using your completed Energy Benchmarking Data Collection Worksheet (from Step 1).
  
  

Go to STEP 3 to set up utility meters OR go back to STEP 1.
