Child Care Assistance Program
For working families, or a parent going to school, the Child Care Assistance Program (CCAP) is set to help those who are eligible and living within the Seattle city limits pay for child care services for children up to 13 years old.
Early Childhood Education and Assistance Program
The Early Childhood Education and Assistance Program (ECEAP), funded through the State of Washington's Department of Early Learning and the City of Seattle, offers part-day and full-day, high-quality, culturally and linguistically appropriate preschool services for eligible 3- and 4-year-olds and their families.

Early Learning Academy
The Early Learning Academy (ELA) provides professional development for preschool teachers; family child care providers; and family, friend, and neighbor caregivers so they may increase the number of children who enter kindergarten with the skills to succeed.

Seattle Early Education Collaborative
The Seattle Early Education Collaborative (SEEC) is a group of agencies and individuals working together to create a shared vision for early learning to achieve greater gains for children. Partners include our Step Ahead program, Head Start grantees, and the Early Childhood Education and Assistance Program (ECEAP).

The Families and Education Levy provides access to quality full- and half-time preschools to low-income 3- and 4-year olds.
