2012 Annual Report Please click here for the full 2012 Annual Report. 2012 Program Results Summary Food assistance requests were on the rise in 2011 and throughout 2012. Several employees found themselves in emergency situations where they could not afford to feed their families. Medical costs covered by EASE in 2012 included emergency transport and care, medication, and medical procedures not covered by insurance. Shelter assistance included mortgage or rental assistance to prevent loss of shelter or eviction.
