Make A Donation

There are multiple ways to donate to EASE:

  • Write a check and give it to any Board member.


  • Designate EASE as a payroll deduction recipient. Here’s a link that will walk you through how to donate via Employee Self Service (ESS).


  • EASE is now registered with Guidestar.Org and you may give through Paypal or credit card from this website. Use our federal tax number (36-4596650) to search for EASE, then click “Donate.”


  • Open a new account or sign up for electronic statements at Seattle Metropolitan Credit Union. Let them know you support EASE and SMCU will donate $20 to EASE!

The Application Deadline for Assistance is 15th of each month.

Applications require an actual, old fashioned, signature and can be dropped off at the Customer Service Bureau office (1st floor of City Hall or Mailstop CH-01-50) or mailed to:
