Introducing the DPD Project Portal!
DPD is happy to introduce the Project Portal, a new set of online tools for permit applicants. Use the Portal to:

  • Complete and submit your preliminary application online. You’ll be able to upload your site plan and get a project number immediately.
  • Request a preliminary application site visit (PASV), grading season extension, or permit renewal with a few clicks of your mouse.
