Customer Alert: Pre-Application Site Visit Waiver…Waived
December 6, 2007

As of January 1, 2008, applicants no longer need to submit a Pre-Application Site Visit (PASV) waiver if a PASV was done for the development site within the past 18 months.

A PASV is valid for the entire development site. Any project application associated with the development site can utilize the results from the initial PASV if the application is accepted by DPD within the 18-month time frame.

After 18 months, the applicant must apply for another PASV. No extensions will be granted. The cost of a PASV is still $116.25.
