To increase efficiency and streamline the reservation system for applicants requesting multiple appointments, DPD is now posting the Multiple Appointment Request form online, accepting it via fax (find the form here), and prohibiting the practice of "swapping" appointments. This update to DPD's reservation system will create better efficiency in scheduling and also ensure equitable access to appointments.

Users who need to schedule multiple appointments at one time can now retrieve the form from DPD’s Forms website and fax it in per instructions.

Applicants who hold multiple appointment slots for different projects will no longer be allowed to "swap" appointments between projects and will be required to cancel and reschedule appointments for those projects, either in the next available appointment slot or by adding the project to the newly instituted a canceled appointment waiting list. DPD has created this list to help ensure fair access to scarce appointments for all applicants. This action is intended to clarify that appointments are assigned to a particular project, and not to a particular applicant, and to create a level playing field for the casual or one time user.
