Due to extremely high business volumes, all applicants now are required to sign in to the Applicant Services Center before 4:30 p.m. each business day.

On days of particularly high volume, the waiting line may be closed earlier than 4:30 p.m., at staff’s discretion.

Staff will be on duty until 5:30 p.m. to assist customers, but no applicant who arrives after 4:30 p.m. will be added to the electronic waiting line.

Visitors who arrive after 4:30 p.m. may still access our Publications area to find information.

Please note: The Microfilm Library closes at 4:30 p.m., so customers who wish to use those services must arrive no later than 4:15 p.m.
