King County has approval from the State Department of Health to allow all private construction activities that are low-risk and adhere to strict COVID 19 Job site Requirements. The City of Seattle has issued requirements for construction projects seeking inspections. The City WILL NOT INSPECT any site that does not follow these requirements.
Land Use Applications to allow 1) a 3-story rowhouse containing 5 units. Surface parking for 5 vehicles to be provided. 2) a 3-story townhouse containing 5 units. Surface parking for 5 vehicles to be provided. 3) a 4-story structure containing 5 townhouse units & 2 live-work units. Parking for 5 vehicles to be located within the structure & one surface parking space. All considered for shared access. Environmental review includes future unit lot subdivision. Existing structures to be demolished
