Land Use Application to allow construction of a 725,000 sq. ft., 20,000 seat spectator sports facility (Seattle Arena) & related commercial development at site (team merchandise store, ticket office, team offices & restaurant. Project includes demo of 8 existing structures total 128,087 sf, & a street vacation of Occidental Ave S btwn S Holgate St & S Massachusetts St. Parking for 2,500 vehicles to be provided on existing parking lots off site. An EIS is being prepared.
