About the Site Development Team
DPD's Site Development Team consists of over 20 staff members who review and inspect site development applications for construction projects located in the city of Seattle. This team evaluates construction projects for compliance with the Seattle Building Code, the Side Sewer Code, the Environmentally Critical Areas (ECA) Ordinance and the Stormwater, Grading and Drainage Control Code. The team assists both land use and code enforcement staff with site issues, and provides site review for short plats, Master Use Permits, complaints and violations.
