Recommendation Packet


The City of Seattle's Design Review Board holds Recommendation meetings to issue its recommendations to the Department of Planning and Development about the project's design, including any departures and conditions.

Instructions
An applicant prepares an Recommendation packet in advance of the Recommendation review. All Recommendation packets should be 11" x 17".

Contact the project planner to seek his or her recommendations on the information to be contained in the packet.

Join the Design Review Board
In April 2010, the Mayor and City Council will appoint twelve new volunteer Design Review Board members to replace those retiring members whose terms are expiring. Applications are due December 10, 2009 for two-year terms that begin April 4, 2010. A list of the upcoming openings is in the appendix of the Design Review Board application.
