Events Held to Date
In early 2003 DPD held several focus groups and a public forum on the two housing options being considered for Seattle's single family zones—detached accessory dwelling units and cottage housing.
The March 26, 2003 forum (see agenda) was designed to inform the public on the concepts behind these housing types. It also addressed key issues identified in the Demonstration Program for Innovative Housing Design and in focus groups held earlier in the year. Materials presented and discussed at the forum are posted below.
