The DPD Applicant Services Center (ASC) is located on the 20th floor of Seattle Municipal Tower at 700 Fifth Ave. in downtown Seattle (directions).

Tu/Th: 10:30 a.m. - 4 p.m.

NOTE - for walk-in services it’s recommended that you arrive prior to 2:00 p.m. Those arriving after 2:00 p.m. might not be served if the demand for service is high.
