DPD's Public Resource Center (PRC) provides centralized access to publications, maps, Master Use Permit (MUP) information and historical records. The many PRC services include:

  • DPD's Microfilm Library - where the public can view historical records of development permits (and related documents) and plans for Seattle properties (1890s-present).
  • Land Use Information Bulletin - a twice-weekly public notice of MUP applications, decisions, and meetings.
  • Self-serve computers - you can research your property at one of several computer stations in the PRC available for free online access to DPD materials and services, including permit tracking. DPD also provides a wireless Internet connection on the 20th floor of the Seattle Municipal Tower so you can also access this information on your own laptop.
  • Publications Outlet - provides paper copies of all DPD publications.
