Our mission is to make green building standard practice in Seattle through education, technical assistance and incentives.

We're working to achieve this goal because:

  • We believe the Northwest is a special place, with people that value its unique natural beauty.
  • We believe that we can live in balance--a balance that includes economic prosperity, environmental health and quality of life.
  • We believe there is a better way to build--greener, healthier, and more profitable.
  • We are here to help make that dream a reality.
  • Together, we can build great places for Seattle’s citizens to live, work, and play.

We recognize that making green building standard practice is an evolutionary process that will consist of changes at many levels over time. But no project is too small, or too large, to make a start. We're here to help you fulfill your green building dreams and to make our mission a reality.
