Featured Multifamily Projects

  Alcyone Apartments
A new 162-unit residential mixed-use project featuring natural lighting and healthy materials, Alcyone Apartments is expected to be the first LEED™-certified residential building in Seattle’s Cascade neighborhood. Read case study.

Eva-Rose   Eva Rose Building
With a coffee shop below and living units above, this highly energy-efficient building makes maximum use of a small, narrow lot within walking distance of shops and public transportation.  An atrium brings in free solar heat during the winter and exhausts hot air in the summer. Read case study

  Katharine's Place
This project for low income and homeless families shows the power of a committed owner, architect and builder. The project’s tight budget didn’t get in the way of including many green features, and creativity turned site challenges—a steep slope next to arterials—into amenities to residents. Read case study

  Nordheim Court
Divided into eight, low-rise buildings that focus inwardly on a pond and small urban forest, the UW's sustainably built student housing evokes an entirely different picture of student living than the large apartment blocks in the area.  Read case study

  Traugott Terrace
The nation's first LEED™-certified affordable housing is located in Seattle's Belltown neighborhood. Built within a very tight budget, it is the first "clean and sober" affordable housing project of its kind developed in Washington.  Read case study
