The City seeks proposals from qualified consultants to provide services for a Community Needs Assessment. The services will include assisting the City in the areas of survey development, public outreach, focus group facilitation and preparation of a draft final report. A qualified consultant has a minimum of five years' experience in community needs assessment related to the cable/telecommunications industry.
