You can now view the Seattle Building, Fire, Residential, Mechanical and Fuel Gas codes online at no charge. DPD has partnered with the International Code Council (ICC) to create the “Seattle Building Code Collection,” which presents the codes in PDF format for online searching and viewing.

You can access the collection through DPD's Technical Codes website or directly at http://www2.iccsafe.org/states/seattle.

As a service to the public, DPD is making as many as possible of the codes we enforce available in electronic formats. Once the Seattle Building Code Collection website is complete, almost all the codes enforced by DPD will be available free on the DPD website.
