the jurisdiction of Seattle Public Utilities for the purpose
of developing the Thornton Creek Water Quality Channel Project;

for the Drainage and Wastewater Fund; and appropriate $400,000
to Seattle Public Utilities for the property purchase.
- Appropriate $6,848,357 for the Thornton Creek Water Quality
Channel Project in the Capital Improvement Program for the
Drainage and Wastewater Fund in Seattle Public Utilities.
- Authorize Seattle Public Utilities to enter into a Memorandum
of Understanding with Lorig Associates, LLC regarding agreements
to reconfigure their respective parcels on the Northgate
