What's Happening in My Neighborhood?
DPD has several neighborhood projects and studies going at any one time.  To find out what's happening in your neighborhood, use one of the resources below.

Activity Locator
The locator allows you to view permitting activity in Seattle from July, 2005 to present using Microsoft's Virtual Earth mapping technology.

Design Review
The City of Seattle's Design Review Program provides a forum for citizens, developers and the City to review and guide the design of qualifying commercial and multifamily development projects.

DPD GIS
Here you can build, view, and print map displays using online Seattle GIS data; includes an integrated property research tool.

dpdINFO
dpdINFO is designed to keep you on the cutting edge of Seattle development and planning issues.  You can view past issues online, subscribe to a monthly reminder when dpdINFO becomes available online, or sign up to receive a printed version in the mail.

Land Use Information Bulletin
Public notice regarding land use activities in Seattle—permit applications, decisions, and other land use actions—is provided twice a week in DPD's Land Use Information Bulletin.

Neighborhood Plan Updates
Executive staff and the City Council are currently discussing the process to follow for updating neighborhood plans.

Project Lists
Use our lists of projects to see if one is scheduled for your neighborhood.  If so, use the project's "mini-site" to learn more about the study.  Still have questions? The project's key contacts list will help you find the right person to talk to.

Quick Reference

Use the new DPD Dashboard to track your projects, appointments, and payable fees.
