NOTE: The amounts provided through the Fee Estimator tool may not be accurate if the values entered in the tool are incorrect. DPD will accept intake fees that fall reasonably close to the correct amount required. All fees must be paid in their entirety before a permit can be issued.
DPD uses the most recent building valuation data (BVD) published by the International Code Council (ICC) as a base upon which to create a Seattle BVD table, found for 2013 in Director's Rule (DR)
