Re-Licensing
Driver's License Suspended? The Municipal Court of Seattle Re-licensing Program helps clients obtain and keep a valid driver's license. This program allows clients to meet their financial obligations to the Court by granting time payments and community service.
Re-licensing Program
If your driver’s license has been suspended for unpaid traffic tickets, unpaid child support or a failure to appear in court, the Court Ombudsman can direct you in what steps to take to reinstate your driver’s license. While Seattle Municipal Court has no authority to resolve matters in other courts, we can tell you where you have additional outstanding matters and who to contact. By law, all courts in the State of Washington must offer a time pay option.
If your license is suspended due to unpaid tickets please review our Re-licensing How To which will assist you in the process of regaining your driver's license.
