By Car:
Traveling South to Downtown Seattle:
Take I-5 Southbound to the James Street exit, Exit 165A, turning right on James Street. The Court entrance is located at the corner of James Street and Fifth Avenue. Entry to the King County Correctional Facility (Jail) is also on Fifth Avenue, just south of the James Street and Fifth Avenue intersection. NOTE: Fifth Avenue is one way southbound. There is no drop off point in front of the Justice Center.
Traveling North to Downtown Seattle:
Take I-5 Northbound to the James Street exit, Exit 164A, turning left on James Street. The Court entrance is located at the corner of James Street and Fifth Avenue. Entry to the King County Correctional Facility (Jail) is also on Fifth Avenue, just south of the James Street and Fifth Avenue intersection. NOTE: Fifth Avenue is one way southbound. There is no drop off point in front of the Justice Center.
Parking:
The Court does not provide public parking. Metered parking is available on streets surrounding the Seattle Justice Center and King County Correctional Facility (Jail). In addition, many public pay lots are available within walking distance.

If you have a state-issued disabled parking permit: There are several disabled parking spaces for use by those with state-issued disabled parking permits below Seattle City Hall at 600 Fourth Avenue, off of James Street. Push the button on the kiosk at the garage entrance to request admittance.
From the City Hall garage, take the elevator to the lobby level. Exit City Hall to Fifth Avenue, cross Fifth Avenue to the Seattle Municipal Court. The Court's Fifth Avenue entrance includes a powered door operated by a push-button.
