COUNCIL WILL CONSIDER LOBBYIST REGISTRATION
New law would make government more transparent
SEATTLE- The Seattle City Council is scheduled to vote on a new law that requires registration for paid lobbyists on Monday, March 17 at the 2 p.m. Full Council meeting in the Council Chambers on the Second Floor of City Hall.
The bill was introduced by Councilmember Nick Licata, and is co-sponsored by Council President Richard Conlin, Councilmember Tim Burgess, Councilmember Jean Godden and Councilmember Tom Rasmussen.
