SEATTLE— On Wednesday, September 12, at 9:00 a.m., Council President Nick Licata and Councilmember David Della will hold a press conference to propose legislation enhancing the City’s civilian oversight goals of public confidence, transparency, and the promotion of the best professional conduct for our police department.
