Public Hearing: 2002 Housing Levy Administration and Financial Plan
WHAT:
The 2002 Housing Levy requires the City Council to adopt a Levy Administrative & Financial Plan (A&F Plan) every two years. In April, the City's Office of Housing forwarded a set of recommended policy changes for Council consideration. The Housing Levy Oversight Committee, comprised of citizens appointed by the Mayor and City Council, have reviewed and approved the proposed amendments to Ordinance 120823. The proposed amendments to the A&F Plan will impact the Levy's programs of Rental Production, Preservation, Homebuyer Assistance and Operations and Maintenance. (See attachment for a summary of the proposed A&F Plan changes)
