Word by Geo F. Quibuyen
If the pen is, indeed, mightier than the sword
then the WORDS that we write
are ammunition for war.
Battle scars, dueling with writers' block
I talk without sound waves, automatic
it's almost telepathic, the path it takes to fascinate
two-dimensional letters gravitate together to animate
my mindstate in three dimensions
plus time.
Bending reality to my willpower when
mind
soul
and bodies of words devour a third of all people
bowing to the power of WORD...
is bond. WORD life. I'm speaking these WORDS, and
in the beginning the WORD was with God, and vice versa
WORD to ya mutha'... nature
sunsets and sunrises pass by us
as we rewrite history's guidelines without bias
I thank the creator for these stacks of papyrus
and only rarely do we have no WORDS to describe it
and even then,
we define it.
Because even body language is WORD manifested
"Nam et ipsa scientia potestas est"
is
"Knowledge is Power"
translated to an investment
with an interest rate as great as the eight ancient wonders
of the world wide web
WORDS spread in hypertext transfer protocol
who's in the cypher next?
Say "WORD."
My 8ball says
my sources point to yes,
my sources point to yes as I speak in languages
transcended
from nearly-broken ancestral lineages
and all you really need to make your WORD into your WORLD is an "L"
So, light it. Spark it.
I eagerly write it to recite it.
And that's my WORD.
