• Send memo to Mayor’s Office re: next hearing date (Invite the Executive to sit at table at next PSCRT committee meeting)

• CM and public submit questions to PSCRT Committee/ Jennifer Samuels and Mike Fong

• Questions submitted to Kathryn Olson

October 8

• Press release re:

• confirmation process and availability of materials, as well as written comment submittal info goes out (at least two weeks prior to meeting).
• Materials distributed to various public safety, community and neighborhood groups
• Mayor’s Office
• Seattle Police Department

October 15 – October 22

• Research Ms. Olson’s background
• Call references
• Write up findings in a memo

• Distribute written comments, Olson’s responses and findings to CMs, Mayor’s Office
