Amidst a flurry of color, Sally and Council colleagues marched in the Pride Parade on June 27th, 2010, and spent the afternoon amongst 70,000 revelers at Seattle Center.

Fire Ops 101
Shadowed by Seattle firefighter Lt. Kenny Stuart, Sally participated in IAFF’s Fire Ops 101. The firefighter training program in Richland, Washington, gives elected officials the opportunity to participate in a number of training scenarios.

Volunteer Park Conservatory Visit
Councilmember Bagshaw toured the Volunteer Park Conservatory on February 19th, 2010. The Victorian-style greenhouse, modeled after London's Crystal Palace, was completed in 1912.

Electron Boy
With Spiderman to assist, Sally delivered the key to the city to our hero, Electron Boy. The proclamation declaring April 29th, 2010, to forever be known as “Electron Boy Day” was read at the base of the Space Needle as hundreds of fans looked on.
