Consumer Affairs Private Impound Complaints **Important Notice**This is the wrong city webpage to assist you, if your vehicle was impounded by the Seattle Police Department. Private Impound Complaint Information Private impounded vehicles are vehicles that have not been impounded by a law enforcement agency. To file a impound fee complaint against a tow company please call the Citizen's Service Bureau at: (206) 684-CITY or (206)684-2489. When you call a complaint specialist will take the complaint information required and forward your impound fee complaint to the city privated impound inspector. The city inspector will investigate your complaint. You will be notified of the inspectors findings. Instructions will be given, if the claimant is intitled to a reimbursment of any paid towing or storage fees. Information
