City of Seattle Limousine Chauffeur Information

All limousine chauffeurs who are not limousine company employees and do business within the City of Seattle, must obtain a City of Seattle Business License. The City of Seattle Business License may be applied for and purchased online at https://dea.seattle.gov/self/Account/Logon/Home.aspx or in person at Seattle Municipal Tower, 700 5th Avenue, Floor 42, Suite 4250, Seattle, WA, 98104

Seattle-Tacoma Airport Limousine Chauffeur Information

• Chauffeurs must have their vehicle State Department Of Licensing paperwork to operate at the Seattle-Tacoma Airport.
• Chauffeurs also must have approved driving credentials e.g., Priority Solutions, Alliance 2020, King County Licensing to operate at the Seattle-Tacoma Airport.
• The Seattle-Tacoma Airport requires chauffeurs to sign an operating agreement.
• Purchase an annual permit ($285). 
• Seattle-Tacoma Airport Insurance requirements.
• Seattle-Tacoma Airport Chauffuer Operating Rules and Instructions.
