Jason Pina is a dedicated Community Court Probation Counselor. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice in 1999 at the University of Texas at San Antonio. After graduation, Jason began employment with the Texas Department of Criminal Justice Parole Division. He began supervising a general population of paroled felons. For the next five years Jason supervised a specialized caseload of sexual offenders comprised of both adult and child predators. Jason began working with Seattle Municipal Court in 2005. He began supervising a specialized caseload consisting of Domestic Violence perpetrators. He was transferred to the Community Court program in 2007. |
| Kent Hay, Probation Counselor | |
| Mr. Hay has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Science from California State University of San Bernardino. He was previously employed with Seattle Municipal Court from 2004-2005, when he worked as a Mental Health Probation Counselor. In addition to his prior SMC experience, Mr. Hay's work experience includes employment as a Correctional Mental Health Counselor at the Monroe Correctional facility (2002 to 2004), Children Social Service Worker in Riverside California (2006-2008), and Probation Officer for King County District Court Probation (1-08 to 5-08). His varied work with offenders and other human service systems give him an excellent understanding of human behaviors, which are very relevant in his current position. |
