Undergraduate degree from University
of Nevada, Las Vegas 1976. Law degree from University of Pacific, McGeorge School of
Law in 1979. Began work at ACA as a Rule 9 intern two weeks after graduating from
law school. Hired as attorney at ACA after passing the bar that summer.
Worked first doing misdemeanors in District Court in our Burien office, then worked
for approximately a year in Seattle Municipal Court. Transferred and worked handling
a felony caseload until 1987. Supervised ACA’s felony unit from 1987 until 2008,
first in Seattle, and then in Kent. Director since May, 2008.
