Race and Social Justice Initiative Trainer
The Race and Social Justice Initiative (RSJI) is the City of Seattle’s long-term commitment to end racism and achieve racial equity in Seattle. The RSJI Trainer is a part of the Race and Social Justice leadership team, which is housed within the Seattle Office for Civil Rights (SOCR). Reporting directly to the RSJI Manager, this position provides training design and facilitation and operations support for the Initiative and its work throughout Seattle City departments and in partnership with the community. The trainer works with the RSJI leadership team to ensure the integrity and impact of the Initiative within City government and in local and regional communities.
