Under federal law the City is prevented from regulating cable rates except for the price of basic cable, installation and some rental charges. As a small cable operator, Broadstripe is not subject to any rate regulation. The table below provides the rates for selected cable and Internet services for 2005, 2006 and 2007. Franchise fees, taxes and other fees may apply, but are not reflected in these rates.
