Created in conjunction with the Meadowbrook Pond Reflective Refuge, Lydia Aldredge's Information Kiosk serves as an introduction and provides educational information for visitors to this important city facility. Tying in visually to the bridges and structures inside the park, Aldredge's kiosk also references previous structures and waterside structures such as fishing shacks, bird blinds and lodges built by Northwest Native Americans. Inside the kiosk, a cast glass map details the refuge pond and trail, and a terrazzo map is featured on the floor, showing all local creeks that flow through the Thornton Creek Watershed.
