Seattle artists Beliz Brother and Mark Calderon's Clock Tower is a large cast aluminum artwork located on the interior north lobby wall of the center. Made with recycled aluminum, the tower features distinct patterns inspired by world cultures, representing the diverse community the center serves. Brother and Calderon collaborated with area teenagers during a series of workshops for this project.

The artists' state: "We attempted to reflect in our work the many cultures that are a part of that community. This clock tower was inspired by the art and architectural traditions of cultures as diverse as North African, Spanish and Southeast Asian."
