The Marketing Director is engaged in the development of audiences through the successful execution of marketing, publicity, and communications plans generating annual package and single ticket revenues of $3+ million. The Director of Marketing manages the marketing and communications team as well as contracted vendors in the creation and implementation of all marketing plans, including the strategy, goals, and tactics aimed at building and maintaining audiences. The position also supervises the creation and execution of visual branding and written copy for direct mail, advertising, website, and email. The successful candidate will have a strong passion for live theatre, a history and proven background in team leadership, and experience supervising the entire marketing process from strategy through post-campaign tracking and analysis. In addition, The Director of Marketing functions as a key liaison with other departments ensuring that all institutional marketing needs are supported properly and with brand consistency.
