Call for Entries for SIFF 2010
SIFF is seeking features, documentaries, short films, and animation for the 36th annual festival. With more than 550 screenings of 250 features and 125 shorts over 25 days, SIFF is the largest film festival in the United States. Attracting audiences exceeding 140,000, SIFF is a great way to get your film noticed.
In 2009, SIFF was recognized by the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences as an official Oscar qualifying Festival for short film.
SIFF brings in more than 200 film industry guests and press during the festival, and values having filmmakers in attendance for their screenings. More than 70% of the films shown at SIFF 2009 were without US distribution, making the festival a great launch pad for fresh independent voices.
