What: The Mayor's Office of Arts & Cultural Affairs, in partnership with Seattle Public Utilities (SPU), seeks to purchase existing two-dimensional artworks by emerging artists for SPU's Portable Works Collection. The Office encourages works by diverse artists in the city collection. All types of two-dimensional media will be considered with special consideration given to colorful artworks.
